Inspection on Delivery
We kindly ask that you check your order with the courier at the moment of delivery. Once the parcel has been accepted and the courier has left, the sale is considered final, and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after that point.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, or is not the item you ordered, please do not accept it from the courier, or contact us immediately so we can make it right.
